Initial setup of the Light Mule
Before using the Titan-T stretcher with the carrying
handles:
●
Apply the handle fixing system on the stretcher
Titan-T, and this will remain fixed even without use
of the handles.
●
Assemble the handles making sure that the fixing
system is engaged.
●
Inspect the stretcher (see the section on Inspection).
●
Double check that all the straps are in place prior to
transport
WARNING
Incorrect use of the device can result in damage
and/or injury. Use the device as instructed in this
manual.
Configuration
The Light Mule transport system was designed to make it
easier and safer for operators to transport the patient in a
SAR environment
1.
Make sure that all the mechanisms are fitted correctly
2.
Mount the supports on the upper tube, checking the
quick release system
3.
Fit the transport wheel, checking that the locking pin
is fully in place
4.
Adjust the position of the handle as required
