3.4. [0xA3] [0xA4] Change Transponder Password for ID DTx.C
With this commands the password for ID DTx.C transponder can be changed in a two cycle process.
The command contains the password for the transponder ID DTx.C (password-mode). By means of
this password the reader tries to login to the transponder in order to obtain its password-protected
data.

Before changing a password for Transponders, carefully read the application note for the
respective Transponder.
•
The current passwords cannot be read back from the Reader. After changing a password,
write it down and keep in a safe place.
•
The factory setting of the password for Transponder type ID DTx.C (TR_TYP = 0x02) is
"0x4D 0x49 0x4B 0x52"
