RF communication error:
This error indicates that there is an error in communication between the Transponder
and the Reader. Reason for this can be:
•
Timeout for Transponder communication. “Transponder-Response-Time” in
3.3.
CFG2: COM-Interface
is too short.
•
The collision handling algorithm was not continued until no collision is detected,
reasons for the break:
- There are more Transponders in the field than timeslots

RF-Warning:
Detailed status information can be read with the command
5.10. [0x6E] Reader
Diagnostic
.
•
The antenna configuration isn’t correct. Check the antenna cables and the
antenna tuning.
•
The environment is too noisy.
•
The RF power doesn’t have the configured value.
•
The RF final stage has too high a temperature. The RF power can be decreased
or can be switched off.
•
The RF hardware is defective.

Synchronization Error:
•
A timeout for the synchronization input was detected. There was no
synchronization pulse detected during the SYNC-TIMEOUT (see
3.11. CFG11:
Buffered Read Mode
. Increase the SYNC-TIMEOUT on the Readers.
•
One or more Readers in the chain are running with synchronization mode
switched off.

Data Buffer Overflow:
•
A data buffer overflow occurred.
