ACCESSORIES
1. Independent hydraulic unit HD50
• Recommended for use if the tractor hyd-
raulic output is above or below the CH27
chipper oil requirement of approximately
45 l/min.
• It is especially recommended for use with
the chipper-crane combination.
2. Oil cooler for the HD50 unit
• Recommended for use in contracting work
and when the chipper is being operated in
extremely warm conditions.
3. Cross breaker
• The purpose of the cross breaker is to shred
long branches and twigs when the raw ma-
terial to be chipped is, for example, whole
trees or sawn surfaces.
• The cross breaker can be installed in place
of the twig breaker, which comes stan-
dard with the CH27. The cross breaker is
mounted using the same washers and nuts
as used for the twig breaker.
• Note! Use of the cross breaker reduces the
chipper discharge output by approximately
30%.
4. Hydraulic discharge pipe control
• Directing the discharge pipe by hydraulic
motor and controlling the lid by hydraulic
cylinder
• This is done using the tractor’s own hydrau-
lics, thus allowing the operator to control
the discharge pipe from the tractor cab.
• Recommended for use in contracting work.
5. Radio control of chipper functions,
Teleradio Panther
• Radio control of chipper feeder device
functions and feed stop
• This is used when the feeding crane is
mounted to a machine other than the chip-
per itself.
• Radio control makes it possible to eliminate
the use of easily-damaged electrical cables
between machines.

6. 3PSL crane mounting bracket and
hydraulic support legs
• The FARMI hydraulic crane can be mounted
to the chipper using the mounting bracket.
• Suitable cranes are HK4066, HK4571,
HK4581, Smart CR40 and Smart CR46.
