LIFTING, MOVING AND
LOWERING LOADS
Always try to load the boom with the extension retracted.
Never load the boom when it is fully extended. Raise the
load at a moderate distance. The closer the load is to the
crane's column, the easier it is to control the load.
Do not rotate the crane until the load is fully off the
ground. Take particular care when lifting heavy loads and
turning the crane to the side.
When using the extension boom, ensure that the extension
does not strike any obstacles while being extended.
With regard to the durability and safety of the crane, we
recommend that loading be done as shown in the figures.
MOVING THE TRAILER-CRANE
COMBINATION
When moving the combination, the grapple must not be
up in the air - support it on the trailer frame or load.
When moving the trailer, adjust your speed to the terrain.
This will keep the crane from swaying and swinging too
sharply, which puts a strain on the crane joints.
