PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA PER FINE CICLO
O MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO
- staccare la spina di alimentazione della corrente;
- sollevare il coperchio di protezione della tramoggia;
con il dente sull'albero stesso;
- estrarre completamente gli alberi;
- smontare gli alberi mescolatori;
- togliere l'OR montato sull'albero del riduttore;
acqua aceto e sale;
- rimontare gli alberi procedendo in modo inverso
rispetto a quanto sopra descritto.
CLEANING THE MACHINE TO END CYCLE OR
OUT OF SERVICE
Each decommissioned by the end of the cycle or shift
must be preceded by a thorough cleaning and washing
machine to prevent the formation of organic material
inside.
For this, proceed as follows:
- Disconnect the power plug of the current;
- Lift the protective cover of the hopper;
- Turn the handle media shaft with slight rotation to
match the buttonhole of transition with the same
tooth on the shaft;
- Completely remove the shafts;
- Remove the mixing shafts;
- Remove the O-ring mounted on the shaft;
- Thoroughly wash the tank and the mixing shaft using
a normal kitchen detergent or water with vinegar
and salt;
- Replace the shaft in the reverse order with respect
to the above.
Attention: on the edge of the mixing tank, in
correspondence with the location of shafts, are
engraved numbers 1 and 2, as shown in photo 11,
similar numbers are engraved in the shafts themselves
(Fig.8). When reassembling the shafts take care that
there is a correspondence between numbers (1 with
1 and 2 with 2) and that the number engraved on the
shaft is facing up and readable, in line with the edge
of the tub.
MAINTENANCE
As only maintenance are provided replacements in
case of wear of the shaft seal of the mixer and the
relative OR of protection. The gear is greased with
long-life, so it does not require any maintenance.
Any maintenance that does not require stress to the
organs of power must be done by removing the plug
from the socket.
For maintenance under general contact the
Manufacturer or specialized staff with the rank of
electrician who must act in accordance with current
legislation on Health and Safety at work.
The electrical panel and motor are housed in the
casing as indicated by the particular 1 of the fig.3.
