parts.
Check the drive-on ramps for signs of wear and tear,

Check the oil level in the oil tank.
Top up oil level with Falco CH46V Hydraulic oil.
Thoroughly check the entire hydraulic system for
leakages and signs of wear and tear.
Put the lift out of use immediately,

Repair leakages.

Replace leaking parts, only use original
Falco parts to replace broken parts.
Check if the oil is not polluted or aged.
Drain oil and replace with Falco CH46V Hydraulic oil.
Check if all gaskets are still good.
Replace worn/defect gaskets.
Check if there are no changes in the noise level of the
motor when it’s working.
Put the lift out of use immediately and have a
professional mechanic check/repair the motor.
