Now equally spread the fabric hose cover over the full length of the signal cables and
hydraulic line and mount one end over the cover to the lift with the hose clamp (fig.8a), part
of the cover (approximately 20cm) should protrude on the inside of the control unit (fig.8c).
Now equally spread the tie rips over the cover and tighten them firmly to keep the cover in
place (fig.8b).
8.
Fill the hydraulic oil tank with Falco
CH46-V Hydraulic oil (about 5 liters),
check oil level during filling with the
filler cap/dipstick.
CAUTION! The oil
level should be between the MIN (1,
fig.9) and MAX (2, fig.9) stripes on the
dipstick, make sure there is not too
much but also not too less oil in the
tank, both are bad!
9.
Now raise the lift 50cm and apply
grease on the front and rear of the gliding blocks (1, fig.10).
Test without load and bleeding of the hydraulic system
Raise the lift to 50cm height by pressing the LIFT button (1, fig.11b), check if the
limit switch works by tilting the lever (fig.10b)forward, the lift should
immediately stop lifting. Then press PARK button (2, fig.11b) lift should lower
and then lock. Then press the LOWER button (3, fig.11b), the lift raises first to
unlock, then the lift will lower. If this is not the case, stop using the lift and
contact your Falco retailer. If this all works, lift the lift halfway and then lower
for at least three times and check the oil level again, add oil if necessary.
Test with load
Repeat steps for test without load, but now with a vehicle loaded onto the lift (refer to Chapter 4

).
