Insert a 9V battery in the battery
compartment (8) at the rear of the scales,
ensuring the polarity is as shown. Use
ALKALINE batteries only.
If the scales are to be out of use for some
time, remove the batteries.
Place the scales on a hard, flat surface (do
not place them on a carpet). To guarantee
maximum accuracy and repeatability of the
readings, always weigh yourself on the
scales in the same place.
PROGRAMMING
As we have already mentioned, the scales
have a programme for measuring the body
fat and body water percentage. Personal
data can be entered for each digit (from 1 to
8), i.e. for up to 8 different people. To
programme the scales, proceed as follows:
NOTE: first read the instructions, as the
display will switch off after 10 seconds if it is
not changed.
