Check your operator arm. The pin should be stopped on the front part of the operator arm. If
the pin is not,
turn the manual release key in the front lock hole clockwise until it reaches the
front stop position.
Extend the operator pin in
this manner ONLY. Any
other method may damage
the arm.
NOTE: The front
stop position
IS
NOT THE FULL OPEN POSITION,
it is the common point of refer-
ence for counting manual turns.

Insert the bracket bushing into the gate mounting bracket.

Insert the manual re-
lease key and turn it

counter clockwise
turns
.
This will position the front fitting on the operator arm in the correct position to fit into the bracket
bushing.
5 Counter Clockwise turns from end.
6.
While holding the
front fitting in the
bracket bushing and
gate mounting
bracket, insert the
manual release key.
Turn the key
clockwise
until the front fitting reaches the front stop position.
The bracket bushing is now locked in position on the front fitting.
NOTE: The front stop position
IS NOT THE FULL OPEN POSITION,
it is the common point of reference for counting manual turns.
Turn Clockwise to end as a common point of reference.
