Before calling your service partner, please check the following table for a
possible cause to the trouble you are currently experiencing.

The devices may only be opened by specially trained and qualified
personnel.
Simple problems
If no device is detected, or an incorrect or invalid
resolution displays, there are several possible
reasons:
►
The device is not turned on (LED on the front are all off ).
►
The device has “suspended”
Check if a valid input signal (if they have on the connected display an
image that is the case) or try the device again and on.
►
If you can not manage a connection to the connected device set up,
open the Log window (in the Help menu) and send us the text.
