Installing Modules
The TLP Pro 725C has three triple spaces available for installing modules. If cable retractors are
installed, they should occupy one of the end spaces. There is no preferred order for the power
module, cable pass-through module, or AAP module.
If required, AAPs, retractors, and power modules must be purchased separately. See the Cable
Cubby Builder on the Extron website (
www.extron.com
) to select suitable products. Make sure
that the power module is compatible with those used at your location.
Figure 9 shows how to install a power module. The retractor module, cable pass-through
module, and AAP module are installed in the same way.

Installing Power Modules in the TLP Pro 725C
To install the power, cable pass-through, or AAP modules, follow these instructions.
1.
Insert the module into the cable cubby (see figure 9,
1
). Make sure the mounting holes on
the module line up with the holes on the touchpanel.
If you are installing retractors, they should be secured at the lowest level inside the
touchpanel enclosure. Cable pass-through, AAP, and power modules can be mounted at at
any height.
If you are installing retractors, they should be secured in the first or third position. All other
modules can be installed in any available position.
NOTE:
Extron recommends inserting the empty Retractor module at this stage of the
installation and inserting the Retractors after the enclosure is installed in the table (see
Installing Cable Retractors (Optional)
on page 15).
