C. Hyperspin Main Wheel Categories
HyperSpin Main Wheel categories are not alphabetized. You will eventually find your way around the
Main Wheel over time. Some of the categories in the Main Wheel are by types of games such as:
4-Player games, Fighting Games, Light Gun Games, Racing Games, etc. while others are categorized by
the game system/emulator (Commodore 64, PlayStation 1, Xbox), or by a specific kind of emulator
launcher or other type of software product (Tecknoparrot, etc.). As mentioned before, the “Top of the
Main Wheel” is SYSTEM or ARCADE (also known as Arcade Classics). Knowing the “top of the wheel”
will help you get your bearings and assist you in finding the other categories and/or games you are
looking for. New emulators and new games are added as they become available and these are done at
no or very low cost to you.
Light Gun games are very popular with many of our users.
It is best to load light gun games through
the Light Gun Games category on the Main Wheel instead of going through a specific emulator (Arcade
Classics, etc.). The reason is that the games are specifically mapped correctly for Light Guns, and not
other devices. See later in this manual for a section on light guns.
