CorrectionFactor:
The response data syntax for
<CorrectionFactor> is defined as a <NR3
NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA> element.
The correction factor for the current wavelength
and channel is expressed in W/W. If a token is
used, it will return the maximum, minimum or
default value as specified.
