Wiring the EVSE for Serial Connections 

 

 

 

1.

 

Feed the Payment Module communication cables for EVSEs through either the serial cable access hole in the back 
of the EVSE if mounted to a pole (Figure 11), or the right knockout (Figure 7A) on the bottom of the EVSE.  

2.

 

Pull the Payment Module communication cables carefully through the access hole so there is enough slack to work 
with.  

3.

 

Keeping in mind that the right EVSE is # 1, when looking at the access cutout hole (Figure 9A) or the mounted 
Payment Module (Figure 1B), attach each individual wire of the Payment Module communication cable to its 
corresponding, pre-wired counterpart in the 5-position Euro-Block (Figure 12).

Repeat Steps 1-3 to wire EVSE # 2’s Payment Module communication cable 
to its corresponding, pre-wired counterpart in the 5-position Euro-Block.
