Cleaning or replacing the fine filter
The fine filter must be cleaned or replaced to protect the mem-
brane sensor’s delicate membrane against soiling or damage and
to prevent clogging.
Proceed as follows:

Switch off the power supply.

Drain the sample water inlet and outlet line.

Remove the housing cover of the DEPOLOX
®
5 E flow cell.

Release both knurled nuts (A).

Remove the complete filter unit.

Remove the fine filter (C). To do this, screw the M6 screw into
the fine filter and pull the fine filter out of the filter unit.

Rinse the fine filter with water, replace if necessary.

Push the fine filter into the filter unit. Ensure that the O-ring (B)
is fitted correctly.

Fit the complete filter unit. Ensure that it is in the correct
position (top/bottom).

Tighten the knurled nuts (A).

Refit and engage the housing cover of the DEPOLOX
®
5 E
flow cell.

Reconnect the sample water inlet and outlet lines.

Re-establish the power supply.
