Check if there is water in the water tank.

Check if there is any foreign matter in the mouth of the water tank.

Check that the rubber washer and water filter are properly installed in
the mouth of the water tank.
• Check if there is any foreign matter on the bottom of the main unit or
the rotating plate.
• Loose screws on the rotating plate may cause noise. Please contact
the customer center.
• Wipe the cliff detection sensor on both sides of the front part with a soft cloth.
• It may fall if objects like shoes are placed right in front of the drop zone in
the bathroom or entrance. (Please remove items such as shoes.)
• If the height difference between the threshold and the floor is less than � cm,
it may fall.
• Wipe the front and side sensors with a soft cloth.
• Although this product is equipped with a number of obstacle detection
sensors, it may hit a wall or furniture in a blind spot.
• Check if the power of the main unit is turned on.
• The remote control does not work while charging the product.
• The maximum distance to use the remote control is �m.
• Replace the remote control batteries.
• If the mop is not washed for an extended period after cleaning,
it may develop a bad odor.
• Wash the mop with neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly with water,
and dry completely.
• If the water tank is left for an extended period without emptying it,
it may develop a bad odor.
• Clean the water tank periodically before use.
• If you clean too much space at once, the floor may become dirty from dirty
mop pads.
• Clean the remaining space after washing or replacing the dirty mop.
• Charge the battery until it is fully charged.
• If the product is stored at low (below �℃) or high (above ��℃)
temperatures for an extended period, the operating time may be shortened.
Please charge after waiting at least �� minutes at room temperature.
• Check if the LED indicator is blinking red while charging. In this case, there may
