Caution
• Check if the product is turned on.
• Press and hold the Power/operation button on the main unit to see if the product
turns on.
• Look at the LED indicator to check the remaining battery level or errors.
• The product does not work while charging.
• If there are foreign matters on the front sensor and the side sensor, turn off the
power and wipe them off with a soft cloth.
• Check if the mop is properly attached to the rotating plate.
• If there are foreign matters on the rotating plate, remove them.
• If foreign matters such as a wire, cloth, towel, or string are caught on the mop
pad or rotating plate, turn off the power and remove them.
• If the product is caught on a wire, cloth, threshold, or obstacle, stop the product,
pick it up, relocate it, and start it again.
• Check if the mop is properly attached to the rotating plate.
• If there are foreign matters on the rotating plate, remove them.
• If there the floor is wet, wipe it off before operation.
• The performance of this product may vary depending on the floor environment.
• If there is no operation for � minutes while the power is on, the LED indicator
light turns off as the power is turned off.
• Press and hold the power/operate button to turn on the power and the LED
indicator light.
• Check whether you are using the correct adapter that meets the specifications.
• Check if the adapter is properly connected to the charging station.
• Check if the charging points of the main unit and the charging station are
properly connected.
• Check if there are foreign matters on the charging point of the main unit or
charging station.
• The battery may be discharged. Please charge it sufficiently and try again.
