Limit Program Bitrate:

This field allows the user to define the bitrate limit for each program in Kbps.

Program Bitrate Limit (kbps):

This field allows the user to put an additional limit for a specific program

bitrate in Kbps.

PCR Frequency:

This field allows the user to set the PCR Frequency. The frequency will be at the

maximum range if the program number is more than 5.
