Embedded Group 2 Input:
This field displays the presence of embedded audio group 2.
Embedded Group 3 Input:
This field displays the presence of embedded audio group 3.
Embedded Group 4 Input:
This field displays the presence of embedded audio group 4.
Audio Group Present Traps
To enable/disable a specific fault trap, check/uncheck the corresponding checkbox.
Audio Group <1-4>:
These audio traps monitor the presence of embedded audio groups on the
input video.
5.2.7. Audio Monitoring
The 7847FSEDA series modules support advanced audio & video monitoring, referred to as AVM.
This advanced monitoring includes metrics for detecting potential silence or loudness in the audio
signals.
Figure 5-14 illustrates the layout of the controls in the VistaLINK® PRO configuration view .

Audio Fault Control
Audio Over Level:
This
control sets the audio level threshold over which the audio is considered to
be too loud. This value is expressed in dB on full scale (FS) and can even be used to detect digital
clipping. The value range is from -30.00 to 0.00 dB in increments of 0.25 dB.
