cooler for this unit is the Power

Cool 400. This cooler is provided with the welder package. The unit plugs directly into the rear of
the power source and is for 240V operation only (7.). For detailed operating instructions, download the full water

The power source of the 353DPi package attaches directly to the top of the water cooler via the two mounting top rails (6.) on the cooler. The
cooler has two alternate holes on the top to reattach the mounting rails should they not line up with the rails on the bottom of the 353DPi power
source. This is done to accommodate multiple Everlast welder models with the same cooler. To attach the cooler to the cart, the large hand
screws included with the cart screw directly into the cooler from the bottom of the cart.
The quick connect couplings (1. and 2.) on the front of the welder are color
-
coded red and blue to aid in connecting the wire feeder and the
optional water
-
cooled gun to the unit.
Do not use automotive type anti
-
freeze in the cooler. Use only TIG/MIG rated coolant designed for welding machines or damage may occur to the
unit. This may be purchased at most welding supply stores and online on various welding supply websites.
