Alarm
You can configure the motion and alarm settings on this page.
5.4.5.1 Motion
You can configure the Motion setting on this page.
Channel:
Select a channel to apply with the motion detection function.
Enable:
Switch to the right to
Enable
the function.
Buzzer:
Select a buzzer sound duration from the drop-down list. If you want to disable the
buzzer, select
Off
from the drop-down list.
Sensitivity:
Select a sensitivity value from the drop-down list. The larger the value, the
higher the sensitivity.
Alarm Out:
Switch to the right to enable the alarm output.
Alarm Output:
Set up an alarm output time (duration) when an alarm is triggered.
Post Recording:
Select a post recording time when motion events occur.
Show Message:
Switch to the right to enable the function. When a motion event occurs, a
motion event message will be displayed on the live screen.
Send Email:
Switch to the right to enable the function. When a motion event occurs, the
DVR will send an email alert to the receiver. Note that for this function to work, you have to
set up the Email function in advance (refer to
5.4.4.2 Email
).
