THE EVOLUTION OF PORTABLE OUTDOOR COOKING

8.

Place a foil tray into the fat tray and slide the fat tray
under the barbecue in the frame at the bottom of the
chassis. The fat tray frame is clipped into the brackets at

the bottom of the chassis. The foil tray should be
replaced regularly.

9.

The barbecue is now ready to be connected to the gas
cylinder. Take care that the control knob is adjusted to
OFF, and follow the instructions on gas connections on

page 4 of this manual.

10.The barbecue and trolley cover should only be placed

over the appliance when it has fully cooled & the
cylinder has been turned off.

COLLAPSING THE STAND

The trolley can be collapsed down in size for easier storage.

After removing the barbecue (take care that it is correctly

supported so no damage can be done to the hose), remove
the gas cylinder from the trolley.
Pull the cylinder support and leg assembly through the axle
leg assembly.  Fold the axle leg assembly up under the
trolley top and fold the support under both.  The assembly

can be stabilized by using the Velcro strip to hold the legs
together.

PACKAGING
Remove all internal cartons and packaging from within the barbecue/hood assembly.  Remove all external
packaging and remove the appliance from the packaging base before operation.  Recycle as per your local

government laws.

When adjusting the trolley configuration, take care that your
hand does not get trapped between the moving parts.  It is
recommended that the operation be done by two people.

Never remove the hose and regulator from the barbecue unit.
Always lock the e2go barbecue to the trolley stand when in
use. Always place the cylinder in the support when using or
transporting the barbecue & trolley stand.
