THE EVOLUTION OF PORTABLE OUTDOOR COOKING
UNPACKING THE BARBECUE AND TROLLEY STAND
Take the foam covered unit out of the carton, and place on a clean, flat surface. Carefully remove trolley parts
from the foam ends, and the foam from each end of the barbecue. Take the protective plastic bag off from the
barbecue (take care not to kink or damage the hose). Take the hood handle and fixings out of the barbecue.
Open the hood and remove the plastic servery bins, the fat tray, foil tray & the foam packing. Remove the
grills/plates and remove any packaging inside the chassis. Remove all plastic bags from parts and replace the
cooking grills/plates.
ASSEMBLING THE TROLLEY STAND
1. Place the trolley top face down on a
protected surface. Take the axle leg
assembly and place the ends in the
brackets (the curve of the legs should
be to the outer edge of the trolley top)
at the side of the trolley top with the
fixed barbecue mounting brackets.
Take 2 pins and push them through the
holes (inside to outside) to connect the
two legs to the trolley top. Secure the
pins with split pins. Repeat the process
with the Leg assembly on the side of
the trolley top with the rotating
barbecue mounting brackets. Check
that the legs fold down.
2. Push the cylinder support into the two plastic
joints that are on the leg assembly. Note that
the hooks at the other end of the cylinder
support will sit in the bottom bar of the axle leg
assembly when finished, so must be facing
upwards while the trolley stand is upside down.
Secure in place using two M4x25mm screws
and M4 nuts. Tighten fully.
