These recommended hours only apply for use with the recommended light tubes.
Determine your skin type using the table. The maximum number of minutes for one
tanning session can be found there.
Keep a minimum of 15 cm distance between your face and the lamp. A greater distance is
allowed although the tanning effect will diminish drastically. Always use the protective
goggles! Should your skin become red and/or tight and sensitive, it is recommended you
decrease the treatment time by 25%. After a treatment of 12 days, a maintenance tanning
time of 30 minutes a week is sufficient to keep your tan but don’t exceed the maximum
number of treatments. Unplug the lead after each use. If you wish you can close the panels
by pushing them slightly. The panels will be locked automatically. BEFORE CLOSING THE
PANELS LAMPS SHOULD BE TURNED OFF!. If this by accident is forgotten the two safety
switches will automatically shut down the operation. However don’t use this as a regular
procedure!
WARNINGS!!
•
Never use the facial tanning lamp in the bathroom, sauna, or any other damp room.
•
If any of the following health conditions apply to you, we suggest you consult a
doctor before using the facial tanning lamp: diabetes, epilepsy, pregnancy,
prescription of medicine or drugs, UV hypersensitivity, prone to dizziness, prone to
fainting, high blood pressure, skin disease.
•
If your skin forms large freckles, if birthmarks get larger, or if in doubt about certain
changes in your skin, we advise that you consult a doctor. People (having been)
afflicted with skin cancer or those with a disposition towards contracting it should not
use the facial tanner.
•
Certain other conditions medication, drugs, and cosmetics can make you more
sensitive to UV radiation, if in doubt, consult your doctor before use of the sun lamp.
Do not use this medication when using the facial tanner and thoroughly remove all
cosmetics before use. Do not use tanning creams or oils when using the facial tanner.
