28. Limit alarm
• Press and hold the ALERT button for 2 seconds. The IN indicator flashes.
If necessary, press the C or MEM/- button to select an outdoor sensor.
• Press the ALERT button. The temperature limit value will flash.
• If necessary, change the limit value by pressing the C o MEM/- buttons. Press and
hold the button for fast setting.
• To activate the alarm function, press the ALARM button while the threshold value flashes.
The alarm symbol appears on the display.
• Proceed as described above to change the limit values and/or to enable in the following
sequence:
Upper temperature limit value (HIGH) → Lower temperature limit value (LOW) → Upper
humidity limit value (HIGH) → Lower humidity limit value (LOW)
• Press and hold the ALERT button for 2 seconds or wait for 60 seconds to return to normal
display mode.
As soon as a limit value is exceeded or fallen short of, an alarm signal sounds and the
alarm symbol flashes. Press the ALARM/SNOOZE, ALARM or ALERT button to stop
the signal. The alarm signal stops automatically after 2 minutes.
