11. Operation
a) Outdoor sensor
The outdoor sensor receives the DCF time signal and sends it to the weather station.
• Remove the battery compartment cover from the back.
• Before you insert the batteries, set the desired channel using the slide switch located in the
battery compartment.
If you have more than one outdoor sensor (max. 8), all outdoor sensors must be set to
a different channel.
• Insert 2 AA batteries, observing correct polarity. Follow the polarity signs inside the battery
compartment.
• Close the battery compartment.
If you subsequently change the channel, press the RESET button on the outdoor
sensor.
b) Weather station
Mains adapter
• Connect the mains adapter’s DC plug to the DC jack on the weather station.
• Connect the mains adapter to a common household wall socket.
