TRANSPORT TO WORK SITE :

•
Only use suitable lifting equipment with a minimum lifting capacity of 200 kg for the transport of the floor saw.
•
Always switch off motor during transport!
•
Empty the water tank.
•
Attach appropriate secure lifting devices to the central lifting point (A) provided for this purpose.
•
Remove the cutting disc and place the floor saw in the highest possible cutting position before transporting the machine.
•
Fold the handle down.

OPERATION:
ENGINE CHECK BEFORE STARTING
1. Fill fuel tank.
2. Check oil level in engine crankcase and top up necessary type of oil according to manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Fill up the water tank.
4. Before starting the engine, make sure that the blade is not touching the ground (See picture 11 page 8).
5. To rise the blade, turn handle C clockwise (See picture 12 page 8).

1. Run the engine at idle speed for a few minutes.
2. Move the throttle to maximum engine speed
3. Make sure that the blade is not vibrating by visual inspection.
4. Open water tap.
5. Lower the blade into the floor by slowly turning handle C anti-clockwise.
6. When blade reaches to required depth (as indicated on depth gauge) lock handle C by knob D.
Please pay attention to the following:
1. Long engine life, less blade wear and best cutting results is achieved by keeping steady engine speed (RPM) while cutting.
2. Do not allow the blade to be lowered down below the concrete or asphalt into the sand. This will result in a higher wear rate of the blade.
3. When the cutting is finished, raise the blade from the floor.
Allow the engine to idle for 2-3 minutes and then switch it off.

Brug kun passende løfteudstyr med en løftekapacitet på min. 200 kg for transport af gulvsaven

Sluk altid for motoren under transporten!

Tøm
vandtanken
•
Bind sikre løfteanordninger til midterløftepunktet (A), som er fremstillet til formålet
•
Fjern savklingen og stil gulvsaven i den højst mulige skæreposition, før maskinen transporteres
•
Fold håndtaget ned

DRIFT:
MOTORCHECK FØR START
1. Fyld brændstof på tanken
2. Check olieniveau i krumtamphuset og fyld op om nødvendigt med den type olie, motorproducenten foreskriver
3. Fyld vandtanken op
4. Før motoren startes, sørg for at sikre, at savklingen ikke rører jorden (se billede 11, side 8).
5. For at løfte savklingen, drej håndtaget C med uret (se billede 12, side 8).

HVORDAN DEN VIRKER

1. Lad motoren køre i tomgang de første minutter
2. Drej gashåndtag til maximale motoromdrejninger
3. Sørg for at savklingen ikke vibrererer, når man foretager nærmere inspektion af savklingen
4. Åbn for vandtilførslen
5. Sænk klingen mod gulvet ved at dreje langsomt håndtaget C mod uret
6. Når klingen opnår den ønskede dybde (som vist på dybdemål), lås håndtaget C ved tast D
VÆR OPMÆRKSOM PÅ FØLGENDE:
1. Lang motorlevetid, mindre slidtage på klingen og de bedste saveresultater opnås ved at holde samme motor- omdrejninger (o/m), mens der saves
2. Klingen må ikke skære ned igennem beton / asfalt og videre ned i sand / underlag Dette vil resultere i et større slid på klingen
3. Når man er færdig med at skære, løft da klingen op
Tillad motoren at køre i tomgang i 2-3 minutter og sluk derefter for den
