Assembling the guard and trimmer head (Fig.4)
1. Fix the metal guard (8) on the output shaft (11) with three Hex bolts (9) by using hex
key (33) (Fig 4a).
2. Turn the trimmer over and place the flange (10) on the inner of metal guard (8).
3. Insert the hex key (33) into the hole on the metal guard (8) and the hole on the flange (10)
till the output shaft is locked (Fig 4b).
4. Put the trimmer head (12) on the output shaft (11) and turn the trimmer head (12)
counter-clockwise to secure the trimmer head (12) in position.
5. Put the plastic guard with 4 screws (13) on the metal guard (8) (Fig. 4c).
6. Secure the plastic guard (13) with the provided 4 screws.
NOTE:
Do not take out the plastic guard (13) from the metal guard (8) for safety reason
after assembling
Connecting the telescopic tubes (Fig.5)
1. Insert the telescopic tube (7) into the hole close to the locking knob (5) the locking pin
clicks into the place;
2. Rotate the locking knob (5) to firm the telescopic tube ; make sure the connection is
secure.
Putting on the carrying strap
1. Place the securing hook (6b) into the loop of buckle (6a) and insert the quick releasing
latch (6c) into the securing hook (6b) to lock it in position (Fig. 6 &7).
2. There is the quick-release mechanism on the carrying strap (6). In case of emergency
the grass trimmer can be released from the body of operator by means of quick-release
mechanism. Remove the quick releasing latch (6c) from the securing hook (6b) by
pulling the rope with the quick releasing latch (6c). the trimmer will be released from the
carrying strap (6) (Fig.7)
3. After emergency case or before working, put the carrying strap (6) on as described in
step 1.
4. you can adjust the carrying strap for your comfortable operation.
OPERATION
Switching on/off
1. Hold the appliance with one hand on the rear handle (1) and with the other hand on the
front handle (4).
2. Press the lock-off button (3).
3. Press on the on/off switch (2) to start the grass trimmer.
4. Release the on/off switch (2) to stop the grass trimmer.
WARNING!
The trimmer spool will continue to rotate for some time even after the motor has been
switched off. Wait until it comes to a complete stop before you put the appliance down.
