10 Maintenance Mode
The maintenance mode has the functions needed for maintenance such as evaluating the
measurement image, the adjustment data and hardware, shifting the SPH data, correcting
the optical adjustment data of the product, and printing out etc.

Start-up of maintenance mode
1)
Turn on the power by pressing the measurement
start switch.
2)
The screen as shown on the right appears by
pressing and holding the measurement start
switch approximately for 10 sec. after 2 beeps.
3)
When the indication of ‘Maintenance Mode’,
appears on the screen, release the measurement
start switch.
At this time, the functions of the operation
switches are changed as same as the icons on the
screen as shown on the right. Descriptions of the
switches are shown below.
The switch to choose the menu item
(Move the cursor to the upper direction.)
The switch to choose the menu item
(Move the cursor to the lower direction.)
The switch to execute the menu
The switch to go back to the previous screen and the
measurement screen
4) Choose the menu item with or and press , then the screen
will be changed to each menu. Refer to 10-2 about the contents of each menu item.
Turn the power off and turn it on again to check the performance and the measurement
accuracy in the normal mode after completing the setting of the maintenance mode.
