Carefully read the followings before replacing each unit.
(1) Insert the connector in the board all the way inside when replacing the board/harness.

Also do not squeeze the harness at the time of assembling.

(2) Apply screw lock after tightening it when screwing at where screw lock was originally applied.
(3) Check the operation performance after replacing each unit.
(4) Replace each unit of the head with being hanged on the measuring table etc.
