before first use
1.
Remove all packaging.
2.
Thoroughly clean the clear lid, glass jars and lids in warm, soapy water.
3.
Rinse with clear water then, dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

IMPORTANT:
•
The yogurt maker must rest on a level surface away from household appliances and other
sources of vibration or drafts.
•
Use your yogurt maker in a room at room temperature.
•
Do not move the appliance or lift the transparent cover during use.
Preparing plain yogurt (for 7 jars)
1.
Pour 1 plain yogurt into a large bowl and mix it until a liquid and homogeneous consistency
is obtained.
2.
While mixing, gradually add 1 litre of whole milk (recommended) or semi-skimmed milk
until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
3.
Divide the mixture evenly into the glass jars.
4.
Place the jars without their lid in the yogurt maker and then go to “Start a cycle on the
appliance.”
