4.3 Product Thermocouple (ES-PTC)
4.3.1 Purpose
The temperature recorder is connected to this terminal, temperature of the Device Under Test (DUT) is
monitored.
4.3.2 Operation
The DUT-T/C terminal is connected to a T/C jack inside the chamber. A mating plug is supplied in the
chamber accessory kit. A Type ‘T’ T/C can be located on the DUT and connected to the plug and jack to
monitor DUT temperature.
4.3.3 Specifications
Temperature DUT: Thermocouple Type ‘T’ (Copper/Copper-Nickel).
Note: The terminals are located on the chamber option panel.
