2.1 Door with Viewing Window (including chamber
light) (ES-VW2,3,4)
2.1.1 Purpose
The window is used for observing the specimen in the test chamber.
2.1.2 Operation
Precautions in Usage:
• During operation at low temperatures at high ambient humidity, condensation or frost
may form on the external window surface.
• During operation at high temperature, the exterior window surface may be hot.
FRAGILE GLASS! The glass will break if hit or pressed with excessive
force.
2.1.3 Specifications
Temperature Range
-70 to 150°C (-95 to 300°F)
(reduces max. chamber temperature to 150°C)
Viewing Window
7.1”W x 10.3”H, for Type 2 and 3.
17.1”W x 11.7”H, for Type 4.
Chamber Lamp
6 Watt fluorescent bulb, isolated from the workspace and integrated
with viewing window.
Chamber Lamp Switch Located on the Instrumentation Panel.
