10. Unscrew the Wheel cap (41) and remove it, O-ring (42) is pre-attached to Wheel cap.
a. Fill both wheels with 2.5kgs (1.6 liters)(5.5lbs) of sand first.
b. Fill the rest of the wheel with 3kgs (3 liters)(6.6lbs) of water.
c. Screw Wheel cap back into the wheel with Wheel Plug key (57). Make sure that
O-ring is attached to Wheel Cap before screwing it back in. See
