42. Carefully move the system where you would like to place it.
a. Fill the Ballast with 20kgs (13.5 liters) (44lbs.) of sand first.
b. Fill the rest of the ballast with 109kgs (109 liters) (240lbs.) of water.
c. Screw Cap (

is in place before screwing cap.
