19. Attach the reinforcement plate (37) to the front of the pole 

(on the side that has the Warning label) with 2 bolts (22). 
Hex heads should be facing front of the unit.  Slide Actuator 
lock Assembly (40) and attach with Nuts (24).

NOTE

USE A 16MM WRENCH TO HOLD NUTS (24) IN 
PLACE AND A RATCHET WITH 16MM SOCKET 
ON BOLTS (22) TO TIGHTEN THE ASSEMBLY.  
TIGHTEN UNTIL SNUG.
