3.2.2 Location
Console
Adequate ventilation is necessary to provide proper
cooling of the PCM-875A.
Exposure to dirt, dust and excessive heat should be
minimized.
There should be a minimum of 305 mm clearance
between the power console and any wall or other
obstruction for free air movement.
CAUTION
Restricting airflow into the power console through
the louvers will cause overheating. Do not install
any type of air filtering device on to the power
console cooling air passages. Warranty will be
voided if such a device is used.
3.2.3 Inspection of Power Console Before installation
A. Remove equipment from the shipping
containers.
B. Remove all packing material and inspect for
evidence of concealed damage, which may
not have been initially apparent. Notify the
shipping carrier of any damage at once.
C. Check container for any loose parts prior to
disposing of shipping materials.
D. Check air louvers and all other openings to
ensure that any obstruction is removed.
