Cutting depth setting (Fig. G)
WARNING!
Always switch the product off and disconnect it from power
supply before making any adjustments!
1. Place the product with the pre-fitted router bit on the workpiece.
2. Open the locking lever (9) first (Fig. G, step 1), hold the machine body carefully,
push the quick release lever (8) and hold it in position (Fig. G, step 2).
3. Slowly move the machine body down until the router bit is close to the surface
of the workpiece (Fig. G, step 3). Release the quick release lever (8) to fix the
position of the machine body.
4. Adjust the fine depth adjustment wheel (6) to make the router bit just touch the
surface of the workpiece and read the indicated value from the scale for cutting
depth (7).
5. Add the desired cutting depth to the measured value and adjust the fine depth
adjustment wheel (6) accordingly (Fig. G, step 4).
EXAMPLE!
The indicated value is 10 mm and the desired cutting depth 4
mm. Turn the fine depth adjustment wheel (6) until 14 mm is indicated on
the scale for cutting depth (7).
6. Close the locking lever (9) to secure the cutting depth setting.
