Roller guide (Fig. C)
The roller guide assembly (15) is used for routing edges with router bits without pilot or
ball bearing. The roller will be put alongside of workpiece edge to guide the machine
with uniform feed.
1. Loosen the parallel guide fixing knob (13) anticlockwise.
2. Align the roller guide assembly (15) to the mounting position of base plate (11) and
insert it to the desired working position.
3. Fix the roller guide assembly (15) in position by tightening the parallel guide fixing
knob (13) clockwise.
4. Loose the fixing knob (15a) anticlockwise.
5. Rotate the fine adjustment knob (15b) to set the roller (15c) at desired working
position.
6. Fix the roller in working position by tightening the fixing knob (15a) clockwise.

Template guide (Fig. D)
Use the template guides (16) for template and pattern routing on workpiece.
WARNING! Only use the template guide for template routing applications!
Always remove the template guide when using the product for other
applications!
1. Use a screwdriver to remove the 4 screws and washes from the bottom side of
base plate (11).
2. Remove the plastic part of base plate (11).
3. Place the template guide (16) inside the base plate (11) with the collar facing
downward.
4. Re-assembly the plastic part of base plate (11) and fasten it with 4 screws with
washers.
Follow the steps above in reverse order to remove the template guides (16).
