   Installation

Removing the Transportation Spacer

The printer is protected during shipping by a spacer that must be 
removed before you turn on the printer.

1. First, open the printer cover; next, push the auto cutter holder 

back and open the auto cutter; then open the head open lever, 
as shown by the arrows below.
