Important:
Do not push strongly against the edges or the
surrounding area of the cap, or touch the inner side
of the cap with a cleaning stick or tweezers. The part
maybe deformed, and it may no longer be possible
to perform capping correctly.

Dampen the cleaning stick with ink cleaner.

Hold the cleaning stick flat and wipe the edges of
all the caps.
C
Hold the cleaning stick in a perpendicular
orientation, and wipe the outer areas of all the
caps.
Clean the other caps in the same way.
If ink adheres as a film to the guide section in
front of and behind the caps, and lint adheres to
the inside of the cap, see the next section.
If nothing adheres to the caps, proceed to the
following section.
