Cannot Cancel Printing from a Computer Running Mac OS X v10.6.8
There is a problem with your AirPrint setup.
Solutions
Run Web Config, and then select
Port9100
as the
Top Priority Protocol
setting in
AirPrint Setup
. Select
System Preferences
from the Apple menu >
Printers & Scanners
(or
Print & Scan

Print & Fax
), remove
the printer, and then add the printer again.

If a error message is displayed on the LCD screen, follow the on-screen instructions or the solutions below to solve
the problem.

Solution
The combination of the IP address and the subnet
mask is invalid. See your documentation for more
details.
Enter the correct IP address or default gateway. Contact the
person who setup the network for assistance.
Print Head Adjustment Canceled. There is a problem
with the print head. Contact Epson Support.
If print quality has not improved after repeating nozzle check and
head cleaning 3 times, wait for at least 12 hours without printing,
and then run the nozzle check again and repeat the head cleaning
if necessary. We recommend turning off the printer using the
P
button. If print quality has still not improved, run Power Cleaning.
If print quality has not improved after running Power Cleaning,
wait for at least 12 hours without printing, and then print the
nozzle check pattern again. Run Cleaning or Power Cleaning again
depending on the printed pattern. If quality still does not improve,
contact Epson support.

Communication error. Check if the computer is
connected.
Connect the computer and the printer correctly. If you are
connecting over a network, see the page that describes the
network connection method from the computer.
If the error message is displayed during scanning, make sure that
Epson ScanSmart is installed on the computer.

To use cloud services, update the root certificate from
the Epson Web Config utility.
