ROTISSERIE AND REAR BURNER INSTALLATION: 

Parts required for installation. 

1-Rear burner tube and mounting bracket. 
1-Spark electrode, wire and mounting bracket 
13-Stainless Steel thread rolling screws. 
1-14” x 1/2 Stainless Steel bolt, nut and lock washer. 
1-Rotisserie motor and side mount bracket. (3 stainless steel thread rolling screws) Rotisserie rod and spit forks. 
1-Gas orifice and mounting bracket. (Stainless steel flexible gas line.) (2-stainless steel thread rolling screws.) 
 

1.  Attach the burner to the mounting bracket. Place 

burner behind bracket and secure with 2-thread 
rolling screws provided  

2.  Dress the spark electrode wire through the body 

of the Gas Grill to the front control panel and 
attach to the main igniter module. 

3. 

The opposite end of the rear burner tube 

must go through the last hole in the windshield 
and rest on the burner orifice. (see below) 

      Align the burner tube over the orifice. 
4.  Remove the cap from the main gas supply    (as 

shown) 

5.  Install the flexible stainless steel gas line to   both 

the orifice and the gas supply outlet. 

6.  Turn on the main gas supply and perform a leak 

test. Using a liquid dish soap and water solution, 
spray or brush on all gas connections. If large 
bubbles are present this is the sign of a gas leak. 

Re-tighten gas connections and leak test once again until there are no signs of bubbling. 

 

NOTE: 

BE SURE NOT TO DAMAGE THE CERAMIC SPARK ELECTRODE. 

DO NOT USE WARMING RACK IF REAR BURNER IS IN USE OR DAMAGE TO THE RACK WILL OCCUR
