ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Your
ENVIROGRILL BISTRO
will require some assembly. Please do not use a drill to modify any component, as
this would not be necessary. Inspect all components for damage before assembly begins. If damage is present
please contact your local dealer or courier company. Replace damaged components with original manufacturer
parts only, no substations will be permitted.
The Cart assembly and Main Engine have been pre assembled for convenience and ease of assembly.
Some assembly will be required to complete this unit.
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
1/4” socket or nut driver
5/32” Allen key (supplied)
7/16” wrench or adjustable wrench
11/16” wrench or adjustable wrench
3/4” wrench or adjustable wrench
Hammer
CART COMPONENTS
1-Pre assembled cart.
2-wheel brackets.
2-wheels.
1-aluminum axle with end caps (2).
2-pre assembled casters and brackets.
14-1/4” x 1/2” stainless steel bolts, lock washers
and nuts.
Once the cart assembly has been removed from the packaging, open the doors and remove the condiment side
shelf from the inside of the cart. Place the pre assembled cart upside down and install the caster onto the
bottom shelf using the 8 bolts, lock washers and nuts provided (4 fasteners per caster). Install the wheel
brackets on the opposite side of the casters. Secure wheel brackets with the 6 bolts, lock washers and nuts
provided (3 fasteners per wheel bracket).
Slide one wheel onto the aluminum axle and slide axle through both of the installed wheel brackets, slide the
other wheel onto the axle and place the end cap onto the shaft and gently tap cap onto the aluminum axle.

Remove the caster from the packaging and
install in the location shown
Place the caster under the bottom shelf and
secure with 4 bolts, lock washers and nuts on
each caster mount.

Place the wheel axle mount onto the unit by
using the 3 bolts, lock washers and bolts
provided
Place one wheel on the axle and slide the
shaft through the holes in the wheel axle
mounting bracket.
Place the second wheel onto the wheel axle
and gently tap the end cap on the axle shaft.
