SIDE BURNER AND GAS LINE HOOK AND TESTING
1
Once the side burner has been installed onto the cart and engine assembly the gas line can be
connected.
2
It may be necessary to remove the front gusset after the side burner has been installed in order to get
access to the gas line connections.
3
Turn the main gas supply OFF. Disconnect the main gas supply from the Stainless Steel Flexible gas
line. Remove and discard the brass fitting that joined these two gas lines together.
4
Connect the Stainless Steel Flexible gas line to one side of the already installed TEE on the bottom of
the side shelf gas valve.
5
Re install the Main gas line (Rubber Line) on the other side of the TEE installed on the side burner gas
valve.
6
Turn the gas supply ON and check for gas leaks using a liquid dish soap and water solution. If bubbling
occurs there is a gas leak. Retighten all fittings and test once again until no signs of bubbling is present.
