Always disconnect the appliance from the wall socket and allow it to cool down completely
before any cleaning operation.

Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or detergents such as sprays for cleaning ovens, scrub
pads, alcohol or solvents. Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

Clean yogurt base with a soft, damp cloth. Thoroughly dry the outside of the appliance with
a clean, dry cloth.
4.
Rinse the containers, strainer, lid with warm soapy water.
5.
Make sure all parts of the yogurt maker are dry thoroughly before storage.
6.
Store the appliance in a dry and ventilated place, away from sources of heat and direct
sunlight.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems and possible causes
Solutions
Yogurt doesn’t set.
•
Ensure yogurt container and lid are clean and dry.
•
Lactic acid bacteria is too weak or the milk was too
hot (>45°C) when it was added. Always choose plain
yogurt that contains live active bacteria.
•
Freshness date of milk or milk powder has expired.
Use ingredients that are as fresh as possible.
•
Yogurt was not thoroughly mixed with milk.
•
Make sure the milk used for preparing yogurt
is cooled below 45°C before adding lactic acid
bacteria. If the milk is too warm, the lactic acid
bacteria will be destroyed.
Yogurt maker doesn’t work
Check the power cord to see if any damages.
Switch on the appliance by pressing switch button.
