Shuttle Ring
The Shuttle Ring functions in the Playback mode. The Shuttle Ring is spring loaded and returns to the center position when released. Turning the ring clock-
wise plays video forward. Turning the ring counterclockwise plays video backward. Playback speed varies with the amount the ring is turned. The playback
speeds are x0.5, , , , x0.5, , , and .
When you release the ring, it snaps back to the center position and the video pauses.
Jog Dial
The Jog Dial functions when playback video has been paused. By turning the jog dial clockwise, you can play video forward image-by-image. By turning the
jog dial counterclockwise, you play video backward image-by-image.
NOTE: When playing recorded video at maximum speed with very high image quality, playback of recorded audio may be interrupted occasionally.
NOTE: The user cannot change the system setup from a remote site during Playback mode.
Digital Zoom Playback Mode
You can enter the Digital Zoom Playback mode by pressing the
PTZ
button in the Playback mode. Once you press the
PTZ
button in the playback mode, the
image pauses and a bright small box is laid over the image. This box indicates the area to be enlarged. Move the position of the box using the arrow buttons,
and press the
button to enlarge that area. The enlarged screen displays . Pressing the
PTZ
button again releases the Digital Zoom Playback mode
and returns to the playback mode.
NOTE: You cannot enter the Digital Zoom Playback mode when the selected camera is set to Covert and not played back.
