1. Unscrew the oil filter side plate
( Fig. 3-1-(4))
on the
generator.
2. Pull out oil drainage hose
(Fig. 6-2-(2))
completely.
3. Direct oil drainage hose into an oil collection container.
4. Turn the screw plug
(Fig. 6-2-(1))
and drain off the oil into
the collection container.
5. Then pour in new oil as already described.
The engine oil has been changed.
CAUTION!
The oil escapes immediately after unscrewing the oil
drainage screw.
The procedure is as described in the operating instructions
for the engine. The side plate
( Fig. 3-1-(4))
of the generator
must be unscrewed for this purpose.
