Description
Displays the order code of the device. It can also be found on the nameplate.
The code is generated by reversibly transforming the extended order code
which indicates the attribute of all the device features in the product
structure. In contrast to the extended order code, the device features cannot
be read directly from the order code.
Uses of the order code
• To order an identical spare device.
• To identify the device quickly and easily, e.g. when contacting the
manufacturer.
